Very beautiful decor in all hotel. Very nice swimming pool. Very taste breakfast. But the most important is the excellent, proffessional team: manager, reception, restaurat staff and of course cleaning personel. Everyone were very kind, smiled and helpful. You can play billiards and table tennis at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for cycling. The hotel was fantastic - the room, the location, the surroundings. Everything is created to make you feel special. The staff was very helpful and for the first in Bulgaria, you can really feel that you are in a 5 star hotel! The SPA was also fantastic and very pieceful and relaxing.

There is also a charging station for electric cars. Everything was perfect! We spent a lovely time at Sunny Castle!! How should I start, there are so many good things to say: very nice and professional staff, everyone was smiling all the time! Thank you Tim for the upgrade, the apartment was fantastic! Food was delicious, bravo to the chef! If you go with the kids then you don't have to worry about their meals, the kids loved everything! Rooms were big enough and cleaned daily, hot water in the shower 24/7, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser on each floor so you don't have to worry that you don't have drinking water in the middle of the night. Private beach in the front-right of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests, where you can take drinks from the restaurant. There is also free public parking around the hotel. We will definitely return!
