May and her family were the perfect hosts. Cao’s and his wife’s cooking was amazing, very tasty, clean and fresh food, plus it was such a lovely experience eating together with the family. The bungalow was so cozy and very clean and in a perfect location away from the madness of Sapa. Trekking with May was a lot of fun, walking to the waterfalls and the bamboo forest, the views along the way were breathtaking. The herbal baths were much welcomed and a slice of luxury on a rainy day. Overall we loved the three nights we spent here and would love to come back..

The mountain views were breathtaking, and the environment was so peaceful. The food was always fresh and well-prepared, and the staff were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Situated among picturesque mountains, it offers views that are simply breathtaking. Every morning began with me waking up, enjoying a panorama that is impossible to forget. I have never seen such silence and purity of air anywhere. The feeling that you are in the heart of nature, where even time slows down so that you can enjoy every moment. The hotel staff is a special pride. Professionalism, care and attention to detail are simply amazing. Each employee sincerely strives to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, from simple advice to more complex requests. You can immediately feel that they are truly proud of their hotel and love their work. I can’t help but mention the spa treatments — it was a real relaxation for the body and soul. The massage I received not only relaxed me, but also left me with a feeling of lightness and peace. Everything was impeccable: from the decor and atmosphere to the professionalism of the therapists. We ordered food to our room, and every time it was a real gastronomic delight! It is truly rare when the food in a hotel is so delicious and fresh.

Very nice new hotel. Location is great, not in the middle of the noisy action, but close enough to be at the Main Square in 5 minutes by foot. Stores, restaurants and massage in the immediate vicinity. Room was spacious and clean. There is also a sauna and whirlpool in the spa area in the basement. You can have breakfast on the terrace with a great view. The entire staff is super friendly and helpfull. A special thanks goes to Mr. Smith Tuan, who helped us a lot with our departure after a long day of hiking.

The hotel staff is exceptional. At the reception we received all possible help. We responded to every request. We ate dinners at the hotel, delicious, warm and cozy. I loved friendly, taking much care personnel at reception, in the restaurant, at the bar, very quick and efficient technician. The hotel is very spacious, full of light, breathtaking view from the lobby, bar and from the room. Highly recommend

So relaxing and chill. The greatest view from our unit, could've spent a lot more time there. A little way out of town, but not an issue for a short Grab ride
