The beds were very large and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The room was very spacious and the TV had plenty of channels, including some movie channels. The rooftop bar was reasonably priced, had a generous happy hour in the evenings and had a fantastic view over Da Nang.The pool is big enough to have multiple people in and offers stunning views out to sea. Staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, and many of them remembered us throughout our visit, remembering which drinks we liked and when we were due to check out. The laundry service offers exceptional value and our large washing bag was turned around within the day. We were also able to get an iron from reception during our stay. As the hotel is a 20 minute walk along the beach from the main tourist area, we enjoyed peaceful evenings and mornings without honking and loud music. Soundproofing (both internal and external) was excellent. Breakfast was sublime, with plenty on offer for vegetarians. We didn't eat lunch once whilst we were in Da Nang, since breakfast was so substantial. We both each had the Le Sands signature massage, which (whilst on the firm side) was a pleasant experience delivered by professional staff in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, at amazing value. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and will come back in the future.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!

Stayed for one night here. Greeted by staff immediately from the road when we stepped out of our Grab. The customer service was amazing from the get go. We requested a early check in as we were only in Da Nang for one night and not only did they let us but they upgraded our rooms free as well. Staff there were super helpful and we could contact them at any time through what's app if need be. After asking what were going to do today we told them we were gonna get some food first and they even followed up with us to see if we had found what kind of food we were after or whether they can help us if we hadn't. 100% recommend

The selection of food available at breakfast was amazing. Pho, egg and banh mi stations which were made to order. The buggy service that you could take to get around the resort was great, especially when it was raining. The concierge service was helpful in arranging drivers for our activities. The private swimming pool at the villa was great, as was the main pool near the beach. The villa was super spacious. The wellness spa was amazing. Great massages and as an in-house guest you receive a 30% discount.

    I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The staff were very kind. The location was great, and the infinity pool was amazing! I visited at the end of March, and it was nice that the pool was practically empty. It was clean. We also used the massage service, and as guests, we received a 20% discount, which helped us relax. We opted for an oceanfront room with a bathtub, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable.

    The location is at a quiet island on the river yet close to the heart of the city. It has a relaxed resort type atmosphere in spite of it's small size and one can relax on the lounge beds at the edge of the water, gaze at the sky and the giant wheel across the water. The Spa and the Gym are also there forr those who like to use it.
