The hostel price for the luxury hotel. I have been stay in a dorm and private room and it was a great experience. Staff cleaning room every day. The view is pretty from the room and rooftop bar. Wifi worked well. They organized me a day trip and dinner cave... perfect! The staff so helpful, particuler Mr Alex, I highly recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Flamingo for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely amazing! As soon as we arrived, they surprised us with some special treats for our honeymoon, and we were greeted with drinks, which made us feel so welcomed right away. The breakfast here is incredible—so many options and everything was super tasty. The pool is gorgeous, and the whole hotel is spotless, which we really appreciated. We also booked a cruise and kayaking through the hotel, and it was so well-organized. Everything ran smoothly, and the experience was just beautiful. What really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so nice, but CHIEN deserves a huge shoutout. He was so friendly, always ready to help (even without us asking), and made sure we had everything we needed. He really went above and beyond for us, and we’re so grateful for him! We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back and would recommend this place to anyone. It’s been such a special and memorable experience!

Everything was great! The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Dat, who was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic — he provided us with lots of useful information about Cat Ba and made our stay even more enjoyable. Great experience. The spa was really good. They have 3 pools and they were all great, the rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the bay. Staff was helpful and the location is excellent!
