I absolutely love this location, it is perfect, at high tide the stairs, leading to the beach from the property are covered in water, at low tide, you have super soft sand to walk to the sea which is just a few metres away. Great swimming location. And everything that you need is in the apartment including an ice cold fridge. If you don’t feel like cooking , there is a restaurant next door with good value food and drinks. There are many other restaurants further on the beach if you feel like walking 15 minutes on the beach, including a very nice pizza place. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here for the whole Zanzibar time and make this my base in the future. If it’s still available, just book it

The accomodation was amazing. Beautiful views, peaceful location right on the beach, great food. Our villa was well maintained and cleaned, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Big 'thank you' for our hostess Aliya, who was helpful with every request and question we had and made our stay as delightful as possible. Definitely recommend.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the hotel ´s exceptional hospitality and service, the whole staff made our stay so wonderful ! We felt special and so precious ! We are very grateful for your full commitment, being at The ONE felt like home with family ♥️ Room in Papaya junior suite clean , tidy and outstanding view , loved the firm mattress ☺️, tasty and savoury buffet , super entertaining shows and activities , pristine and crystal clear water at the beach, luxurious pool , top notch quality !!!! I can’t thank you enough Killian , our guardian angel at the reception desk , but also Ewelina the friendly owner , Abdallah and Philip the efficient and cheerful front office managers , Emmanuel , Rahma, Mona , Nathalie , and all my dearest ones as well : Joan, Hosiana, Amina , Lulu , Juma, Mandela , Obama ,Souleimane. Pretty Olga ,Elizabeth , Glory at the SPA . It’s a brand new resort, true five star experience in any sense. Spread on large space so guests do not feel crowded in any way. They have a nice sandy beach about 2m from sea level as coast is like this. However you easily go for a great swim experience on the stairs they built. Swimming on the sunset light reflected on water was excellent. Water not too dip when tide not at highest, so even kids can swim there. Beach is trully private as part of the resort land, which is rare in Zanzibar. Events every evening next to beach area are good quality, either music or dance shows. Great breakfast, we loved the fresh fruits, fresh juices. Breakfast space is fabuluous.
