Our stay at the Address Istanbul was to our satisfaction. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom shower was the best we have experienced compared to any other hotels we have stayed at. Perfect water pressure and temperature. Direct access from the hotel into Emaar Mall was so convenient. This mall has luxury shops and amazing food, as well as a supermarket. Ozgur the Doorman was extremely helpfull throughout our stay, from making sure our shopping gets sent up to our room, to fetching our rental car from the hotel basement free parking which was actually a bonus. Check Out was a breeze and Ozgur used his expert skills to pack our luggage into our car. We would definitely stay at the Address Istanbul again on our next visit.

The property is located within walking distance to istikhlal street. It is so convenient! It is also close to a bus stop which makes taking public transport easy as well. The breakfast was wonderful, such a yummy spread- freshly made donuts and Nutella, assortment of cheeses and breads, olives and nuts and fruit and ofcourse freshly made eggs to order. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They attended to our every need. Kerim was so helpful and wonderful, I forgot my necklace in the room on checkout and he made sure to arrange for a taxi to deliver it to the airport for me. He even helped me book a hamam experience. 10/10 with regards to service and food. The room was the king suite which had a huge bathtub and hamam, and an amazing view overlooking the city. Highly recommend this hotel
