The Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent facilities and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for attending the nearby convention center, and the stunning views from the higher floors were a bonus. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a wide range of tastes.

Despite arriving earlier than planned, the team was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early. This thoughtful gesture was a huge relief after a long journey and set the tone for the exceptional service I experienced throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Caner, who ensured every aspect of my visit was seamless. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach made me feel like a truly valued guest. Whether it was arranging amenities in the suite or ensuring I had everything needed for my meetings, he was always available and ready to assist. I also want to express my gratitude to Mr. Erdi for their outstanding support. Their professionalism, warm demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile greatly contributed to the comfort of my stay. It’s evident that the entire team at The Nirvanas Hotel takes great pride in delivering world-class service. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made it a wonderful place to relax and work.
