Hard to know where to start we have traveled widely across the world and this is the best bed and breakfast accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is immaculate, the attention to detail is mind blowing and Ricardo literally could not do more for you, from welcome drinks to little night caps with chocolates at bed time to bottles of water on departure all these little things are not necessary but make for a first class experience. We can’t forget to include Brenda to his wonderful dog who has to be the calmest most well behaved dog we have ever met. The koi fish pond is amazing and the swimming pool is fantastic. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little bit special and lot relaxing thank you for looking after us so well we hope to be back

This was an exceptional experience, especially straight from a long flight with jet lag and time change. The facility is spotless and the staff very helpful. The rooms were great and the breakfast superb. Exercise facility was pristine.

We LOVED the house, it was VERY well equipped with all the amenities that one would expect. The fact it was decorated as per the owners taste (and history) really made it feel EVEN MORE welcoming (NOT another cold or neutral AIRBNB.. with a minimal dab of art). Now note, it isn’t,a modern decoration with clean straight lines - it’s a getaway at your best friend’s parents’ house …if they were “Old Money” and classy!!

We stayed in a beautifully transformed water tower into a modern double room in front of the vineyard. You can clearly recognize the architectural touch of Ricardo and Margarida.     A beautiful place in a secret hideaway in beautiful Sintra. Amazing space and was perfect to have our family around the pool, dining and lounge space. We felt very relaxed here for the four nights we stayed. The big room on the first floor was the perfect room for a bridal suite as I prepared for my wedding day, we couldn’t have picked a better spot.
