We loved the area and the facilities of the Hotel. Close to the city , 10 mins or less by car , restaurants and shops like supermarket right downstairs and next to the hotel ! We loved the fact that there were no cars and traffic cause it's a big city built for offices, hotels and shops. The pool was extra clean not so crowded as some people describe! Next time we book for sure again at Mercure Fabryczna City ! The parking costs only 4 zlotys per hour and only until 8 o'clock at night!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow. The location is excellent, you can get everywhere on foot. The staff is extremely nice and arranges for every guest absolutely everything. Wonderful swimming pool with jacuzzi, which the children loved. There is also a great Italian restaurant directly at the Hotel, which is visited by all tourists.
