Very cute, well located farm with all the amenities you need for a relaxing summer vacation. From several sportive activities (e.g. pickle ball, beach volley ball, basket ball, pool and more) to multiple visiting options around (cities, nature, hiking..whatever you like) you can find everything. Niccolo and his staff are taking good care of their guests non-stop, fulfilling any request and giving advices whenever wished for. An absolute highlight is the 4 course dinner that chef Viviana is cooking every evening (starter plate, primi, main and desert). All drinks are included and you really will miss out amazing traditional and homemade food if you decide to not join! You can't eat or don't like certain food? They got you covered. The products are from their own farm/garden. Afterwards you can relax on your balcony with an amazing view or in your super comfortable bed. If you would like to have a drink on the terrace instead, also fine- the lounge chairs and the pool bar are waiting for you. The room itself comes with an aircon, a hairdryer, a kettle, a safe and a small fridge. For dog owners: your furry friends are warmly welcomed everywhere and can stay with you all the time. (Just the donkeys don't really appreciate them ;) ).

The owner was super friendly, understanding and helped with every our request. The villa is done with heart, every small detail is high quality, clean and useful. The style is great a mix of the rare old items with modern commodities. The pool, the grill and the 3d music systems made our stay! Highly recommended!

The place is magical and the staff even more wonderful and so open to help and adjust. We arrived late and the manager and chef prepared what they called a simple dinner. It was so much food and so delicious that we couldn't stop eating. On top you have all kinds of animals on the farm and a donkey that walks with you around like a dog. To crown all this, the price that is more than fair. Dinner for 2 with wine costed 60 Euros.

The house is very cozy and the view is spectacular. We had to take our flight back and wished we could have stayed here at least for a week to really enjoy the house, the village and the surroundings.

Excellent place, very nicely located. All very friendly, definitely a place to stay a little longer if you have the time. The restaurant is outstanding and definitely worth a visit.

This place has a terrific swimming pool, as well as a spa. The room was clean and comfortable, but there are two things that make this place fantastic. The first are the staff and the owners. They are all lovely and they were so incredibly friendly, kind and helpful to me during my stay. The second is the dinner. It was incredible, as stated in other reviews, and they were happy to amend for me as I am a vegetarian. I would love to come back one day - this place was great!
