Excellent location, just at the base of the ski slope, sunny balcony, forest view. Large and elegant rooms, nice kettle service, big bathtub, fluffy bathrobes. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful (she gave us a mechanic's number and address, even made us a reservation at a nice restaurant on the first evening). Very good breakfast with gluten-free options. Impeccable cleaning. Nice wellness area, even small.

The food was excellent. The buffets at breakfast and dinner were superb, with lots of choice and all beautifully prepared. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a great range of activities on offer, such as guided walks or mountain bike tours.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so nice. The room was wonderful, every day when they cleaned it they left some chocolates:) The wellness area was amazing and we couldn't be happier to stay thr ere. Definitely recommended and we'll definitely come back!

    The hotel was really cosy and the owner obviously cared for every detail. The room was spacious, good beds. Breakfast really good with lots of fresh fruits. Dinner was excellent, they must have a Master chef in the kitchen. Short walk to the Champinoi gondola and we had a free ticket to the small Costabella lift that is right behind the hotel the whole week. Wellness locals really good, warm huge jacuzzi.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was top quality, varied and special compared to other hotels we had stayed in. The free bus pass was essential for getting around, though the buses were very busy (often standing room only). The room was comfortable though next to the main road outside so a little noisy first thing in the morning. The spa was a great bonus and we used it a couple of times during our stay. We felt relaxed and valued as hotel guests.

    Everything was perfect. An incredibly comfortable bedroom, a cute terrace and sunloungers with views of the mountains. Free parking. Elena, who runs the property, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about hikes, buses, etc and gave us maps that she personalised. A very well stocked supermarket was very close. The wellness centre in the basement was a complete delight - pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, a tea station, loungers with magazines. The most relaxing end to each day of hiking.

    Beautiful, well equipped and spacious apartment with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. It has an awesome wellness center with pool, saunas, steam room and hot tub for post hike/bike/ski relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to come back some day.
