The location was wonderful, the staff were fabulous and catered to our every need, we booked the Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, so our trip was incredibly romantic and the room was impeccably clean and luxurious.

Superb location, the flat is fully refurbished, yet kept a venitian style. Every window has a different view to canal/street. Everything is close. The neighbourhood is vibrant, yet the double window and the good air conditioning allow to stay quiet. I was able to "work from home" from the apartment in excellent conditions while the kids were visiting. There is even a washing machine for who wishes to travel light!

3 x great: host, apartment and location. The host gave us the keys and explained everything, gave us recommendations about transport to Venice, about restaurants and free time activities. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five + small dog. I wish we could stay longer in this great place.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. We travelled with family (3 children) and both the apartment and its location were ideal for our stay in Venice. The appurtenant, is spacious, spotless and it combines classic and modern features in a very pleasing and functional manner. We only used it for rest but we could have happily spent much more time in it if we were not so much attracted by the surrounding area. The apartment exits straight into a large square filled with cafes and restaurants, lively enough but not overcrowded; just the perfect balance. The host was very friendly and offered to help with anything we may have need. But honestly, there wasn't much to need - everything was straightforward and our stay in busy Venice felt very relaxing. I would certainly stay there again.

It's an absolutely stunning and luxurious apartment - in reality it looks exactly as you can see on the pictures. The location was perfect for me since I had to leave at 4am in the morning and it is located 5 min away from the bus station. The apartment's furninshing is beautiful - high quality, stylish, modern and comfortable. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. To check-in you receive a passcode to open the door via mobile phone. So I didn't meet the owner but the conversation before was really friendly and I got every necessary information.
