An incredible place! The rooms and the surrounding areas are extremely nice and well tended to. The garden has barbecue facilities, and outdoor dining areas, which makes spending Italian summer evenings very pleasant. A nice beach is not far. The owners incredibly helpful and caring, and organised the property creatively and with a mind to nature and relaxation. This B&B is highly recommended!

Serena and Simone are the perfect hosts! Before we arrived, Serena sent us directions for the propety and asked for any kind of food resrictions, which she remembered when we arrived. The place is the most beutiful, full of amazing views. The room is big, the bed is big and comfortable, and also the bathroom and shower (it's bigger than seem in pictures), and everything was very clean! There is also a nice yard with chairs outside that you can sit if the weather is nice. Nice and fresh breakfest with home-made jams, freshly picked fruits, wonderful cafe, eggs by request and more. It is very close to Orvieto by car (around 10 min). Serena and Simone helpled us with anything we needed, gave us great recommandations for restuarants and activities, and made us feel at home. We will defently like to return this place once in Umbria again.

We booked this accommodation at short notice, we arrived in a thunderstorm with touring bikes. booking.com had screwed up where we were supposed to be staying and did the same thing here. Thankfully the host was absolutely brilliant. He opened up extra facilities for us that fully met our requirements. He let us store our bikes securely and he is a genuinely nice, humerous friendly person. In the morning he made sure that our bikes were readily available for us and wished us well for our onward journey. Things could have gone much worse, thanks to the poor systems of booking.com, thankfully there are nice, helpful people, like our host, who seem happy to help.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Villa Paladini provides accommodation with an infinity pool and free WiFi.

I must confirm everything said about Antonella and her property, she decorated beautifully, the room are so comfortable and the jacuzzi was a great idea. She replied to our requests fast and in the morning while enjoying the lovely breakfast we got to chat a bit more with her. I hope to be back in summer to enjoy the pool. Finally she was very helpful with a toll ,(biglieto) we got in the trip and didn't know how to pay. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Everything. Comfy bed. Spa bath and separate shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy modern apartment. Central, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. Host came out to meet us in the street so we knew exactly where to go and we were able to check in an hour earlier than the posted time. Good value grocery store almost right next door to the apartment. There are no outdoor sitting areas at the apartment but there are lovely parks with big shady trees within walking distance with amazing views nearby - great for a picnic. Also plenty of restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating nearby. We spent 3 nights here and got the Orvieto Cartia Unica pass. All of the places to visit on the pass are within walking distance from the property. Loved this town and can definitely recommend this apartment.
