Host is very nice and helpful who left more than enough food and drink in the kitchen for our stay. The house is decorated very good and equipped with good facilities. Although a little bit far from Bologna, it’s a great place to get away from city and enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the mountain. Temperature is 10 degrees lower than in the cities which is a really a good plus in hot summer days.

Everything. The property was very clean and it had everything we needed. The apartment is modern, has underfloor heating and AC in every room. It also has two balconies and is literally in the middle of Bologna. The building has elevator. It’s one of the best properties I have ever visited and I’m glad I stayed here.

This apartment is in a prime location. Although it is very central, I found it be very quiet at night. It had all the facilities needed for my stay and I felt the size was perfect for a solo traveller. The communication with the host was excellent.
