Moving to unknown destination for my exam was a perturbing one ,little did I know that it was going to be an exceptional experience. All staff were very professional in dealing with me. My greatest acknowledgement goes to Paveen, mehn ....!!!!he is very great .that's how he went about his food services and his speech were soo much of humility. Kamal was another excellent man , I needed an assistance for something and he warmly assisted me with that. Again, getting a transport to the town was assisted by the receptionist. Tidying of my room was never an issue. Anything you need,just call and you would be immediately assisted. The images of the hotel I saw in bookings.com was exactly what I went to see .The outside of the hotel looks busy and noisy but external noise does not affect inside the hotel.To all the staff of Gold Regency I say thank you for making my stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to visit new Delhi.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. They took care of everything, and the food was just perfect, lovely suuuper clean rooms, incredibly nice staff, I don't even know where to start. Special special special thanks to the housekeeping, reception, and also Mr Rajeesh (our waiter). I would recommend The Suryaa to anyone who can afford to stay there, definitely. Dhanyavad!
