If you are looking for something truly amazing, with a vibe that’s both laidback and upscale: this is the Hotel for you! It’s new, only 24 or so rooms wich makes it very intimate. You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. Many thanks to General Manager Petrit, his daughter Julia, Mike, the girls in the reception, the cleaningstaff and all other staff at this wonderful place who made our stay a beautiful memory that will live in our hearts and minds forever. 11/10 xoxo Mr & Mrs Borg

We loved the pool, the roam was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Nice huge shower ! The staff is super friendly, we were given local recommandations for restaurants which turned out to be very nice. We booked a hot springs/volcano tour with them. You have 2 minutes walk to the beach, which is so nice! We would definately stay again !

We had the most amazing stay at Loukas and Emma’s Eco House in Perissa, Santorini—it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Nicole, the manager, was an absolute gem—vivacious, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. She organised phenomenal dining experiences, our transfers and had many a recommendation, making for a stress free visit. Her energy and kindness made us feel instantly at home. The accommodation itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and eco-conscious. We stayed in one of the family villas which had a private terrace and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island. The whole place has a clean, peaceful charm. We loved the location too—just a short walk to Perissa Beach, and close to great local tavernas, bakeries, and shops. It was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. What made this place truly special, though, was the personal connection. Nicole created such a welcoming atmosphere—it felt like staying with friends. She went above and beyond to make sure every part of our visit was perfect. We can’t recommend Loukas and Emma’s Eco House highly enough. If you’re looking for somewhere with heart, soul, and outstanding service, this is it. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming about coming back.

It was immaculate and supplied clean towels every day, towels for the pool area, bath robe and slippers. Breakfast was served every morning and you could choose a time that suited you. The host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, helpful in giving information of the local restaurants and areas to visit. The villa had everything comfortable beds, pillows, kettle, microwave, teapot, coffee maker, TV’s in every room. Brilliant shower with soap and shower gel supplied. Trendy decor. Fabulous! We couldn’t fault it.

I was initially inclined to give this hotel 9/10, but I just hate to see how some spoiled people can drag down the reputation of this nice hotel... Because we ourselves after reading some reviews were hesitant... First of all, the breakfast is delicious and so many to choose from. We stayed for 14 nights and never got bored of the food choice. The coffee is good. The juices, well... had better... But the food, especially some typical Greek dishes (salads, Greek full fat yoghurt, grilled vegetables, grilled aubergine with cheese) was so delicious I miss it so much. Wide variety of eggs based dishes, too. The staff was very friendly, and we GOT help with our luggage. We got the two-story room with private jacuzzi and overall we liked the room very much. It was modern, clean, bigger refrigerator than usual hotel ones, one terrace with the jacuzzi and two sunbeds towards the back, one balcony with seating and table towards the pool. The jacuzzi isn't heated, which might have been a shock at first, but after some time in the heat it was actually very refreshing. The location is superb, almost on the beach. And while some guests moan about the lack of free sunbeds at the pool... 1) some rooms have own sunbeds 2) but mostly, you can free of charge spend the whole day on comfy sunbeds of the sister hotel right on the gorgeous beach. I would recommend water shoes when going into the sea because of the slippery bottom which is basically one huge rock. But boy, the black "sand" is probably the most comfortable and nice sand I ever experienced. It is made of these very little stones, so little and round it is practically a sand so very comfy to walk on bare foot, but not so tiny that it manages to massage your feet while walking on it. And one big benefit is that it's by far not as sticky and "get everywhere" as the "usual sand"... So why would you even choose to spend your whole holiday at the pool??!
