Our original room had an issue with the air conditioner being faulty. We were immediately upgraded to a lovely suite. Thank you for that. The pool and bar were great with stunning sunset views. Closeness to village beautiful village and friendly locals excellent. Would definitely return here to stay. The Hotel picked us up from the ferry and supplied a return journey when leaving the island which was much appreciated.

Picturesque 2 storey villa style buildings around a large pool area. Very comfortable room, with a large outdoor terrace, 10 steps from the pool. Located a short walk into the village. The village is pedestrian only, with a maze of charming picturesque streets and squares, with single storey terraces of houses, and squares with restaurants and shops.

We had an unforgettable stay at Avaton. Our room was beautifully modern, incredibly spacious, and impeccably clean. This only private residence is part of the hotel. It's very private and quite spacious, more than we expected. The property has a great view and is so close to the town, which we enjoyed for its great restaurants and shops. The beach Paralia Agkali is just a five-minute drive with plenty of parking and restaurants. Don't miss out on a boat tour (we used Sea-U) since you will see the best part of Folegandros.
