Games room. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Gym was good. Free car parking. Morrisons and couple pubs near by. Bathroom was very clean. There are lots of lovely areas to sit and relax outside. Staff are very pleasant. The Leisure areas including the Pool / Aqua/Jacuzzi/ Steam & Sauna were Excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The leisure centre was good (had a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna) and was almost empty at the time of our use. As it was open until 8pm, we did have the option of using the leisure facilities even after checking out on the last day. The swimming pool with spa bath and sauna was very good and quiet at 11am when we checked out. We were able to use the swiming pool after checking out which we didn't expect. Despite being large it was easy to navigate around . The rooms were spacious , the beds were huge and the linen was luxurious. Sometimes in large hotels it can be noisy in the evenings with people finding their rooms but in this case it was really quiet . The spa needs an upgrade to be in line with the quality of the rest of the hotel but is OK and was a relaxing treat . The staff were really helpful and friendly. Everyone said hello and smiled . The food it nicely done in the evening and breakfast is amazing. We make good use of the leisure facilities that are available. gym, pool , jacuzzi steamroom, and sauna.
