I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need—yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and delicious options. A special thank you to Mr. Palmer, who was especially helpful and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!

Very polite and respectful staff, especially the help desk staff. I would like to give a special thanks to a gentleman who worked there. My phone was stolen on Oxford Street and when I entered the hotel in a bad mood, this very kind gentleman gave me directions. It was truly the best hotel I have stayed in London and I will never go back anywhere else. The hotel was very generous in providing water, biscuits and fruit in the room

Excellent with views over the Thames I travel extrnsively - bigest .most comfortable suite i have ever stayed in! Best position on The Thames. We were welcomed by mamagement to tbe hotel and London, a wonderful gesture! Very memorable!

Every thing was good apart from the lukewarm water during shower in room 3030, so please kindly get this checked out. I mentioned this at the checkout at the reception counter as well. Otherwise, the stay was excellent

I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as pictured,spotlessly clean, stylish, and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi, and comfortable furnishings. The host was responsive and made late check‑in easy, and having free on‑site parking was a huge plus. The quiet residential location felt safe and was just a short walk to the Elizabeth line, so getting to Central London was quick and convenient. This is a fantastic property I’d happily return to and highly recommend.
