The location was perfect - within striking distance of Cardiff city centre. The space and pool table was great for the children etc. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently via the app with instructions and signage clear!

All the staff, including at breakfast, were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. And was pleasantly surprised to find a hidden lift going straight from the health centre, so that you could actually wrap yourself in the bath towel and get up to your floor without embarrassing the other visitors of the hotel
