Hotel was Excellent. Free Genius room upgrade was applied. Room was clean and presentable. Facilities were all in good & working condition. Nice open view. Bed & pillows were soft and comfortable. There was fridge, coffee machine and tea making facilities available in the room. The hotel lobby and lift was elegant. We had dinner in the restaurant, the price was not expensive and tasted excellent 👌. The Breakfast served also was very nice with standed American breakfast with eggs & all. Special mention to the Airport Transfer. I booked the transport for 4am and when I arrived to the lobby at 03:50am the driver was already at the lobby. Was very smooth transaction for the airport transfer. Would come bk to this hotel if visit Helsinki again.

We met Miko (apologies if spelt wrong) prior to gaining entrance to the villa. He was very polite and helpful. The location is outstanding, inside is spacious, exceptionally clean and homely. A stunning property set out to the highest of standards.

Loved the spa. Even at an extra cost it was worth it. The room I had was upgraded which was very nice. The gym was fantastic. The staff were all very lovely, in particular Flavio at the front desk who Introduced me to the hotel upon check in and gave me a tour, and Sanni who was always very helpful in the garden restaurant.

Easy to find, easy to park at (Huge Underground Car Park which does have plenty of room over 2 levels K5 and K6. Suggest you enter it from Hermanninrantatie E75 from the north - Google maps will show you the entrance) and the free parking is a bonus. Make sure you provide the hosts with the car Registration. The Apartment had everything I needed, and the Shopping Centre below has 3 large Supermarkets on the bottom floor. Well situated on Public Transport for the number 13 Tram, with the Metro Line and Bus Links direct into Central Helsinki (Train Station). Bonus is the Viewing Terrace on the 33rd Floor. About the only place in Helsinki you can have such a vista. This property ticked all the boxes for my 4 night stay in Helsinki. Somewhere I would happily stay again in the future.

Loved the location - perfect proximity to public transport, supermarket, shopping, restaurants and bars. Easy to find. Easy to get in with code, great communication. Wonderful to have access to iron/hairdryer etc - such a convenient idea! Great public facilities too. I LOVED how light it was, as well as blackout curtains that helped with getting over jet lag.Having a washing machine and airer stand was SUCH a bonus. There was a good selection of basic equipment in the little kitchen too, as well as fridge and freezer.
