Absolutely everything about this hotel was exceptional. This is an authentic review from a very happy guest. I was especially surprised about the quality of the Thai restaurant which you must try, I’ve lived in Thailand my whole life so it was really good. Room service was also fantastic. Our welcome to the reception was greeted by a very bright man and shown around by a wonderful host, ‘Ola’ that made a positive difference for us. Everything was polished in the room so you could see your reflection. The staff were constantly cleaning every small detail of the property. Plus always smiling and bright. The pool staff were exceptional too. Pizza was great! I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of our stay and thank you for making that happen.

Everything was so amazing! Communication with Hamdi for check-in was super easy, and Mohamed made sure that all our needs were met. My request for a vegetarian breakfast was handled perfectly well. Mohamed prepared a fantastic veggie breakfast with eggs, falafel, sweet bread, jam & honey, and, of course, fresh vegetables and fruit. Hamdi was also super nice and helped to organize a Falucca sailing boat on the Nile for us. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, we had our round trip already planned and booked ahead, so we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, even more stunning than in the pictures. It is a true oasis, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Gaber and Mohamed are excellent people, very helpful and respectful. We asked for privacy and they adapted perfectly. In addition, Gaber organized all the tours for us during our stay, completely personalized and accommodating new requests or unexpected changes. One of the best experiences we have ever had. Considering the little money this place is really amazing. Very quiet with a nice garden and roof terrace for breakfast, all in walkable distance of the public ferry. It provided anything we needed and ahmet and his brother are very helpful without pushing you into anything.

Magical place! Walid, Zaynab and family are such wonderful hosts. Everything in this place is made with love and care. Everything you need is nearby and beautiful views of the Nile and Luxor temple. You can have beautiful home cooked meals cooked the traditional way. The rooms are so comfy. We had the best nights sleep here. Don’t stay anywhere else in Luxor!

The host was an amazing warm person. Helped us when we needed him and made sure we had everything we needed. My wife and son took a nice hotaieballoon ride which he arranged. And we got to eat some of the delicious Ramadan treats he brought us. Another plus was the size of the appartment, it was huge! So the kids had plenty of space to run around. Another plus side is that if you dont feel like making your own breakfast the Thebe hotel which is right next door serves a great breakfast for a reasonable price on the rooftop with a great view of the king of valley. So it was a great experience.

    We were upgraded to a very comfortable room on the 8 th floor with a balcony looking out over the Nile. King size bed and spa bath. Staff across the whole site were pleasant and helpful. Pool area had extensive array of lounge chairs right down to the Nile bank so view of the river and passing boats and sunset Italian restaurant had great food and service

    I book my last day in Egypt at Stegeinberger Nile Palace (Executive Nile Front View). The reception staff surprised me with a room upgrade to their one and only Presidential Suite! As a solo traveller it was huge but it was so perfect for a relaxing and pampering night (jacuzzi) after days of travelling around Egypt. I can't get enough of the stunning sunset from the balcony with a panoramic view. They also have an excellent breakfast. I really enjoy my last day in Egypt, Thank you so much!
