The staff was super friendly and helpful. Got a free room upgrade without asking. Loved that, of course.. The place was so pretty and the greenery is stunning. I loved that it was peaceful with great views, and not far from the parque nacional de café - Maybe a 5 minute drive. Breakfast was great and so was the cafecito. Highly recommended.

I was able to stay with my 2 big dogs(Gran Dane and labrador) without extra charge and no issues at all, the apartment has hot water, well located, good furniture and free parking. Over all was pretty awesome!

The place and its facilities are fantastic. The owners are terrific (thank you Janeth and her husband); they were always willing to assist us and kept in touch with us to see what we required. We loved our stay here! The room was perfect and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was amazing. The staff were really lovely and made us feel so welcome. The pool was great too.
