When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Thank you to Mr. Raymond and Ms mai ( that's how she said her name is pronounced). Location, facilities everything was amazing.

Second time staying at Silberhorn. Great location, extremely comfortable but do get a superior room for size. This year we had superior but village view but still good. Breakfast is excellent and we ate twice in bistro which we enjoyed.

Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.     Excellent location close to the train station and centre of town, with balconies looking down the valley towards the Jungfrau. An outstanding spa centre, with indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel has a great bar and library area, and staff that are keen to help. Excellent and extensive buffet breakfast.
