I don't think I liked anything. The shower was okay. It looks and feels like a dormitory for students. No feeling of a real hotel. No breakfast just a voucher to eat at another place. If a foreigner then you will struggle.

1. location is fair, not the closest but within reach of Kaohsiung Arena station 2. I really see how they put efforts into the design of every room, each with a unique style. 3. the space of the room is big 4. I went there during the last day of the year, the fee has thus been raised up but when at its normal, it has a pretty competitive price to be honest. 5. freebies (snacks, fresh fruit) at your disposal 24/7 6. plenty of TV channels to watch: BBC, CNN, FRANCE24, Arirang, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE...etc, you name it.

- Location is great - Room is clean and spacious and quiet - Extra amenities like free laundry room, water dispenser, and even coffee, croissants, toasts, tea eggs. - Staff is friendly and helpful, even though most procedures are done via Ipad and can be a little confusing. If you struggle with check-in just use the phone on the table or go to 8th floor where the staff is and ask for help.

Location - The hotel is located a minute's walk from Liuhe Night Market and a 3-minute walk from Formosa Boulevard Station exits 9 and 11. However, these stations only have stairs. It's best to take exit 1 and just walk from there if you have a lot of luggage and elderly traveling with you. The hotel entrance can be a bit tricky since there are no signages above but it's the only building that has 12 floors shown outside, the hotel is on the 11th Floor. There's a guard by the entrance of the Building but they don't speak English so it's best if you show them the hotel's Chinese name so they can guide you. Rooms - The family room is very spacious! It has 2 bedrooms, a toilet and bath, and a water closet. It also has a sitting area with a small table where you can eat. Each room has a TV so I recommend it if you are traveling as a group. Amenities - The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there's a restaurant downstairs that serves milk tea and dumpling soup. I suggest that you try it! Basic toiletries are provided. They have a water dispenser by the entrance of the floor and they have a pitcher in the room. There was no coffee or tea, if there was, I didn't see it. Concierge - We arrived earlier than 3 PM since we came from Taipei but they allowed us to enter the room and rest! I think we dealt with the owners and they are very nice! They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. Overall stay is amazing! Will stay here again when we travel back!

The breakfast was great, location is good, 5 min walk to the MRT and you can get anywhere from there onwards. The staff were friendly and helpful.
