We were in the apartment with a family (4 people). It is a clean big and perfectly equipped apartment close to a center. There is a cheap parking lot on the street in front of the building. you can find shops nearby and the apartment has a very good kitchen if you prefer cooking inside.

Cheap and cheerful

Such a beautiful location and easy directions to access the accommodation. Perfectly situated close to everything. Just wish I'd paid the extra for the water view rooms. Don't be a cheap skate like me.

Really happy with our ground floor apt. The comfortable outdoor lounge chairs and dining table, for our exclusive use, was a particular bonus. Really appreciated the extra touches such as milk and juice in the fridge and Nespresso milk frother, in addition to coffee machine. Staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant - lovely team. I do recommend booking the valet parking ahead of your stay - 30 Euro a night is not cheap, but worth it for the convenience.

The apartment is very nice, well located and there is a parking at a few steps away (20EUR/d but cheaper alternatives are available a bit farer). The owners are really friendly and will answer all the questions you might have. Little extra : they helped us with all the luggages voyaging with a 4 months baby might require :-)

The dominant feeling I got during my stay was of 'attention to detail'. The residence is very secure; there's a communal space with a washing machine for residents' use at no extra expense. There are tables and chairs on a shared veranda. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I could go on much longer but suffice it to say that nothing about this place looks cheap.

The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Cheap hotel compared to the others in the area. Finding free parking was easy (just in front of the hotel), and there’s also a paying parking next to the hotel if needed.

Valeria was so friendly and offered us lots of help with parking and things to do. Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. This is a great place to explore Ortigia as parking is cheaper and easier off the island, and it is only a 10 ish minute walk to the town

The most amazing location on the promenade but separated by potted olive trees. we would sit there in the evening watching the sunset and being serenaded by a man playing the accordion to passers by. The apartment was tastefully done with a well stocked kitchen, coffee machine and stunning Ortigia shower products for us to use. So easy to walk anywhere on Ortigia.
