All staff were nice. My luggage was not come with my flight. I cannot speak their local language, the reception staff help me to follow up my luggage till I got it.

Hotel was very close to the airport and staff was helpful and polite. Pricing was also good considering the location in the city. The room was spacious and clean, I would recommend it. Just a reminder that the centre of Rio de Janeiro is not very safe, so it is always good pay attention to your belongings when walking in the neighborhood.
