I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality.The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Louis making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major attractions. Whether you're looking for shopping, dining, or cultural experiences, everything is just a short walk or drive away. The rooms are beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room amenities were top-notch, including, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. It was excellently located (to Walibi Belgium theme park) which was ideal. The hotel and room was exceptionally clean and the girl on reception (didn’t get her name) was very helpful and welcoming, a credit to your staff. The beds were comfy. The room had working air conditioning and great Wi-Fi so the kids were happy! ☺️ The cleaning staff had made up the room when we went out for the day, even folding and placing our clothes neatly away. 👏🏼
