Modern holiday home only 2 minutes walk to the beach! Located in a fantastic urbanized area in Wilderness, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property consists of 4 en suite bedrooms, each with ample closet space. All Bedrooms have a private entrance from the outside deck, overlooking luscious greens. A large dining area flowing directly into an urban oversized kitchen, perfect for entertaining family and friends. The connecting Patio is fitted with a hot tub and adjoins the Braai Lounge, which includes leather sofas, built-in barbeque, Smart TV and sound system. Other features: -Scullery with washing machine and tumble dyer -Double automated garage, and plentiful outside parking -Outside shower -Alarm system, Outside CCTV, and sensor spotlights for ultimate security -Pet Friendly -Butler or Cleaning service available at extra charge
