It is a self catering furnished flatlet, equipped with a solar geyser, gas stove and uses solar power. It has a private entrance with its own garden with a braai area in the back garden. The flatlet is furnished with a queen size bed as well as a double sleeper couch and has a private main bedroom with a private bathroom with a bath tub, shower, toilet, basin and dressing room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, two plate gas stove, a microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery with a coffee and tea area. Meals can be enjoyed at a two seater breakfast nook. The unit is close to the Kollonade shopping centre, Montana 24 Private hospital, Wonderboom airport and close to get easy on the N4 / NI highway also close to other shopping centres and pharmacies. No parties allowed.Very private. Free Wifi available.
Me and my husband love the nature. We have a yorkie and a cat .
The neigboorhood is quiet and save. We all look after each other. You are waken up by the singing of birds and when you are lucky you can see nag apies jumping from tree to tree.
