Damage Protection This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. POLICIES: Elements issues fines for noise transgressions. No smoking is permitted in the property. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts into the bushveld. No parties. Please note the garage are for the owners use only We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Elements Bush Villa 295 offers self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished, 4-bedroom en-suite villa situated in Elements Private Golf Reserve. This luxury villa has an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The villa also comprises the added comfort of flowing living areas which extend onto an outside braai area and boma. Just off the lounge, there is a beautiful deck leading to an infinity swimming pool with magnificent mountain and bush views. CLEANING: Included Mon-Sat excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
