The property is a 7-room unit house on a stand area of 1305,89 sq. meters on a coverage area of 15.20%, leaving large garden area. Space large enough for out door relaxation. It is located in a serene and secure suburb that overviews an expansive grazing land and the Majuba Mountain range. It is a suitable getaway for couples, family and creative minds. Each room unit has a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, bar fridge, Deluxe bed with blanket heater, adjustable reclining seat with table in room for work from home guests. Coffee and tea facility available in each unit. There is a fully equipped large kitchen with dinning facilities for self catering guests. There are 3 covered parking spaces and 2 enclosed parking in the secured complex.

It is a secure, quiet suburb overseeing the Majuba mountain range. The golf club is a short distance away. The CBD is about 1 km away with a banking district and shopping centres. The Wakkerstroom Wetlands for birding activities is a mere 15-minute drive away, while the Majuba Hill camping site of the famous Anglo-Boer war, a historical monument, can be accessed not far from the property.
