Canals, nature reserves, and commercial properties seamlessly blend urban convenience with tranquility in this lovely haven. Furthermore, the area has many schools, restaurants, and recreation facilities. Century City is a thriving and sought-after suburb located just 10 kilometers from the heart of Cape Town. This vibrant community is known for its luxurious amenities, stunning natural beauty, and diverse range of properties Visit Canal Walk which is easily accessible through the Island Club accessed controlled by your keycard. Ratanga Park is a lovely park to visit and take your walks. You have 2 designated parking bays which are clearly marked for the apartment. Please do not park in any other parking bays. It is safe, secured and with 24/7 security. Getting around is easy. You can walk the estate easily with access directly to Canal Walk for your shopping trips. Uber, Bolt and other e-hailing apps are easily downloadable. Myciti and other bus and taxi services right next door to the Island Club.
