Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.
Please note that guests will have to show a valid government-issued ID or passport and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.
Additional children aged 0-3 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Additional children aged 4-11 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge of USD 7.5+ per day when using existing bedding.
Additional children aged 12 years incur a charge of USD 43 per day.
Any arising guest will have an extra charge as per resort policies.
The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas are open to foreign passports aged 18 years and above only, in accordance with Vietnamese law. Only valid hard copies of the original Passport and valid Visa are accepted as proof of eligibility and will be required for verification before entry.
For VAT (Value Added Tax) inquiries, please inform us at the time of booking or when using the service for prompt assistance; the invoice will not be re-issued after the check-out date.
Maintenance work of the swimming pool will be carried out from 15/09/2025 to 25/09/2025.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of VND 2,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
