Welcome to our Caribbean home! Located in Ocar only 5 minutes walk from Port Elizabeth with stunning view over Admirality Bay and the beaches of Princess Margreth and Lower Bay. Close to shops and restaurants, and only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by watertaxi (jetty only 200 meters from the house) to the best beaches. The property consists of three separate buildings: "mainhouse" with kitchen, living- and dining room with a large balcony as well as a patio with a "gazebo" for shade. Downstairs is an airconditioned "junior suite" with private bathroom, and a laundry room with a large freezer. The second building has a large aircinditioned bedroom and a private bathrrom on ground level, and a separate aprtment with kitchen and bathroom on the second floor, also airconditioned. The third building, "the Cottage" has a large bedrom (eequipped with fans but no AC) and a balcony on the second floor, an exercise room on ground level with toilet and an outdoor shower adjacent to the pool. In the courtyard is a small dipping pool. Highspeed internet in all rooms, flatscreen TV in the mainhouse and the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. Large garden and parking at the property. The rental includes towels, beach towels and bed linen, as well weekly cleaning and laundry service.

Ocar and Hamilton is a very friendly residential area close to Port Elizabeth. Several good, local restaurants within 5 minutes walk: Cocos, Point Lounge and Open Deck. The best cocktail bar on Bequia, The Cocktail Lab is located just below the property at the Bequia Marina. Fort Hamilton, a historical landmark, is a 15 minute walk away overlooking the Admirality way and the Western Cay with the old cannons still pointed at the sea. Sargeant Brothers Model Boat shop and Boat museum in the area as well.
