The house is very close to The Tides Inn and the Golden Eagle Golf Club. The new Compass Entertainment Complex, including movies, go-carts, putt putt, and so much more, is five minutes away. Ten minutes to the lovely towns of Irvington, Kilmarnock, and White Stone, with antique shops, farmer's markets and great restaurants. On weekends at trolley runs a loop between all three. Multiple grocery stores, pharmacies and a hospital within ten minute drive. There are several wineries in the area, including the Dog and Oyster in Irvington. The house has a large canoe, a paddle boat, and several floats waiting for you in the garage.
