Gorgeous one bedroom unit overlooking Brickell Ave. Icon is the same building as the W Hotel. The perfect place to stay for work or play, maybe a little of both! It has one of the best pools and sundecks overlooking Biscayne Bay and Brickell Key. Amazing Fitness Center and Spa. Located in the heart of Brickell, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Brickell is the most walkable city life Miami has to offer. Steps away from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key, enjoy everything from a scenic jog along the bay to a walkable nightlife surrounded by Miami's top restaurants (Zuma, La Mar, etc.), rooftops (Sugar Rooftop), lounges (The Tea Room), bars (SoCal, 8th Street Brickell Bar, etc.), and coffee shops (Crema, Rosemary Bakery, etc.).
