Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral. Villa Lazy Days is comfortably furnished. The living area is spacious and open and offers plenty of space with two seating areas for relaxing and cozy TV evenings. The fully equipped, bright kitchen with professional appliances is integrated directly into the living room. There is a breakfast bar with four stools and a nice dining table for communal meals. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The sliding doors can be opened directly from the living room to the covered terrace. There is a dining and a lounge area with water view and pool loungers. A BBQ grill is also available. A dip in the beautiful south-facing pool provides refreshment - ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. This and the whirlpool are electrically heated. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and spend wonderful days.
