The best vacation recipe begins with this beautiful, 3,000-square-foot, oceanside Sun N Waves. The bottom level has good parking, a carport, an outdoor shower, and is an easy walk from the beach. On the living level, the first bedroom has a pyramid bed and a crib. A convenient full hall bath is close to the laundry nook. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and deck access to a porch featuring a private hot tub. The hot tub is accessible from the ground level stairs. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, deck access, an LCD TV, and a full bath. On the second level, the great room has tall ceilings, a half bath, an entertainment center with an LCD TV, free WIFI, and comfy resort furniture. Wide furnished decks, a screened porch, and a small covered porch allow for full access to views and sun. Sun N Waves's well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast island and is close to the dining table. The fifth bedroom is a main bedroom with a queen bed, an LCD TV and DVD player, and a full bath. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
