We will pick you up when you arrive at the parking area and bring you over on our pontoon boat to the Island so you can bring your bags over and get settled. We will give you a quick tutorial on the boat, hot tub, show you around quickly, and answer any questions you may have.

We tried to think of everything one could possibly need for a tiny home and include it in our second Stabbin Cabin on Grant Island, Brantingham Lake. Made for couples, this home comes with a large screen projection TV that doubles as the curtain over the picturesque window overlooking Brantingham Lake. The Tiny home has a Balcony Porch with BBQ grill and Cafe table seating. Inside a 30,000 Btu Heater to always keep you cozy! You'll have your own electric boat to travel to and from the island. We just built this new Stabbin Cabin #2 and have added everything we can think of to make it an amazing place for couples to come, relax and enjoy our Island. Grant Island is a 2 acre island which has 2 main houses and two tiny homes (Stabbin Cabins) Management lives in the primary house and the second house is rented to groups of up to 8 guests. This Tiny home located on a slice of Grant Island comes equipped with a Queen size bed and Epic picturesque view over Brantingham Lake from the large 5'x 8' window. Doubling as a curtain over the window the electric projector screen can be lowered from bed by remote control to turn your view into a surround sound, cinematic experience. Our system has a Roku as well as all needed bluetooth and screenshare capabilities. So bring your cell phone and project your playlist to our big screen. We have Xbox 360 with a real and Guitar Hero setup so you can play Guitar Hero and Guitarsmith, if you prefer the real thing. Pull down the dining table and benches to open up the murphy style table and chairs and explore your cooking options. We have an air fryer, microwave, hotplate, hot water maker, toaster, coffee maker and zero water filtration system to make sure you have clean drinking water at all times. The Hot Tub is perfect for those cool evenings to warm your bones.

Grant Island is a Privately owned 2 acre island. The Island has 2 main cottages on the property as well as 2 tiny homes. ( Stabbin Cabins). The main house is occupied by management. The main rental cottage is rented for groups up to 8. Each Stabbin Cabin sleeps 2 maximum. The Island is located on Brantingham Lake which is a magnificent and clean lake. You can see a virtual tour as well as get tons of additional great information on VACATION ANGEL. You can do a web search to find the page and gain access to tons of information. Our Parking is located on MAPS as GRANT ISLAND JETSKI & ATV RENTALS. You can search this and find exactly where your parking area will be. When you arrive we will meet you here and bring you to the Island on our pontoon boat to get your settled in.
