Welcome to Homey & Rosette's newly built duplex. This duplex is a two-story 3bedroom/3 bath living space that offers a variety of amenities and comforts. * On the upper level, you'll find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a dedicated master's suite, complete with an attached bathroom. * The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and bathroom. * There is a third bedroom on the main floor with two beds (a full and a twin bed). * The unit has a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck. Our three-bedroom unit can comfortably accommodate a variety of living arrangements for up to 10 guests. Ideal for travellers looking to establish a home base while visiting family or those looking for a place to work (We accommodate both short and long-term stays). The Space: * The upper level contains two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, a closet, and a desk. * The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a foldable sofa floor mattress, a closet, and a desk. * On the main floor is the third bedroom, which features an updated full-sized bed and a twin bed, and a closet. Additionally, there is a twin-bed and a queen-size air mattress in the main floor closet for extra guests. * Complementing the bedrooms, there are three bathrooms in each unit. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with tub/shower combinations, while the third bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, tissues, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is designed with an open plan, featuring a peninsula and two barstools. It also includes quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
