Quiet, secluded, and serene, Southern Sophistication at the Park is a hidden gem nestled in a quaint, well kept gated community—offering the natural beauty, warm hospitality, and cozy comforts of the Lowcountry, all just minutes from the energy and excitement of King Street, Restaurant District, and the Airport.
As a global citizen, I have stayed in many house sharing units all over the world. Whether it was an island villa in Jamaica or a tiny mid-century apartment in New York City. I felt the comfort, the warmth, and a sense of belonging. Its on this premise why I create for my guests an experience that combines elegant Southern style with contemporary sophistication that is Charleston.
Enjoy the convenient location of Southern Sophistication at the Park. Only 8 mins from Charleston International Airport. And minutes away from many local restaurants and one of the south’s premier golf course and club house. The property is located 8 mins drive away from Charleston Area Convention Center and the Performing Arts Center and the Coliseum, ideal for attending an event at these venues. In this same vicinity are over 30 restaurants and shops. Enjoy great bargains at Tanger Outlet Center featuring numerous branded stores, and is also close to Boeing and Joint Base Charleston. The unit is 20 mins from historic coastal downtown Charleston with its charming atmosphere and array of restaurants, shopping and historical landmarks to discover. Spend a day relaxing on one of the many local beaches or take the family for a day out to the South Carolina Aquarium. There are numerous events held throughout the year including the Spoleto Music Festival each spring with a 17-day timetable of concerts, operas, drama and visual arts shows.
