There are multiple decks on the back and front of the home (three sound-front decks), a bubbly hot tub, an enclosed outdoor shower that is ideal for rinsing off, a gas grill for summertime cookouts, and an enclosed pool area with a sparkling outdoor pool to cool down during the summer months. The first floor of this beach charmer hosts an entertaining family room with a pool table, a nice seating area with a smart TV with streaming options, board games for entertaining evenings at home, a full-size fridge to store your goodies, a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a nice bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a smart TV, and access to one of the multiple sound-front decks. On the second floor of this idyllic home, you will encounter four well-appointed bedrooms, each one with access to decks, two with smart TVs, and three of them with en suite bathrooms. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
