Located semi-oceanfront on a quiet Kinnakeet Shores cul-de-sac, this designed for family home is well maintained. Located 20 yards across from the public beach walkway makes beach access very easy and convenient. Located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store makes this the perfectly located vacation home. The ocean and sound views from the East and South-facing deck are spectacular. The ground level has ample parking, outside showers and fish cleaning bench. The first living level has four comfortable, well furnished bedrooms and two full baths. The second living level is open to the beauties of the sound and sea from all living, dining, and deck areas. The well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area have great views of the ocean. SHORE THING is equipped with games, books, and videos to keep the evenings as wonderful as the beautiful Avon Beach days. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
