You'll be situated just a short stroll from the shore and local restaurants, groceries, shops, and charter services can all be found within a mile of the home for added convenience. Less than two miles away, the Hatteras Island Visitor Center is home to the historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the family-friendly Museum of the Sea. Summer-stay guests will also enjoy access to the pool at Club Hatteras. The townhome's multi-story interior showcases stylish coastal decor and all the modern home essentials to make you feel right at home. A plush sectional and a pair of armchairs offer family comfort in the living room, and a smart TV is equipped for casual entertainment. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the major appliances, cookware, and accessories for easy home cooking, and features an eat-in nook and dining table on either side for flexible mealtime gatherings. All three bedrooms are also equipped with a smart TV for added convenience. Everyone will appreciate fast and free WiFi, along with everyday essentials including central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
