Situated in the heart of the resort, this tranquil retreat offers convenient central access to one of the two on-site pools which are heated comfortably during our winter months, fishing pond, Par-3 golf course, and beach boardwalk. The townhome's three-story floor plan has plenty of room for all your guests and the space comes fully decked out with modern decor, new furnishings, and high-end appliances. A private bedroom and a full bathroom occupy the first floor. The second floor is dedicated to household living with features including an open layout, a gleaming full kitchen, comfortable sofa seating, and a large smart TV. The covered balcony is furnished for breezy outdoor leisure. Another bedroom and full bathroom can also be found on this floor. The primary suite, a guest room, and a children's bunk room are located on the third floor. The primary suite and bunk room each include access to a covered balcony. The guest room includes a desk for remote working convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
