This unique suburban neighborhood boasts walkable access to exciting restaurants, bars, and water sports, as well as picturesque views of LI's south shore. A few minutes walk takes you to either the seaside restaurants and bars of the Nautical Mile, the exclusive Freeport Yacht Club, or the playground and recreational facilities of the John. J. Randall Park. A short walk in the opposite direction takes you to a nearby marina and public park, that provides beautiful and relaxing views of the ocean and the surrounding habitat. The immediate neighborhood, including nearby restaurants, bars, and water sports, are walkable, 5-10 minutes away. Guests are encouraged to utilize the free parking space on property, as street parking is limited and coveted by neighbors. However, Jones Beach, other attractions, and the LIRR (which takes you to NYC) is best accessed via car or bus.
