We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we have partnered with Truvi, a leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before your booking begins, you will be required to verify your details and ID, as well as pay a non-refundable fee of USD 38 through Truvi. Additionally, guests must send the refundable damage deposit via Cash App or Zelle. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you are bringing pets or planning to check out after 10:00 a.m., so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. Pet fee: USD 100 If you fail to inform us about bringing a pet before your reservation and evidence of a pet is found, you will be charged USD 175 instead of the standard USD 100 pet fee. Note: Only dogs are allowed, and they must weigh below 25 lbs. Check-Out Policy Please note that all guests must vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. unless a late check-out has been verified, agreed upon with the host, and paid for (USD 40).
