Ideal location close to Brickell City Center (Mall), Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami, Mary Brickell Village, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Design District and Miami International Airport. Suitable for business, family, and solo trips. Enjoy upscale shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and more just steps away from this apartment. The space Cozy, spacious and inviting 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the 27th floor. Approximately 825 sq. ft. of living space plus a big balcony with stunning partial views of the city & the ocean. > High-speed Wi-Fi. > Cable TV. > In-unit Washer & Dryer. > Fully Equipped Kitchen. > Smart TVs with Free Cable (Livingroom and bedroom). Guest access Guests will also have access to all of the buildings amenities located on the 14th floor: - Two large swimming pools (one heated) - Jacuzzi hot tub - Fully equipped gym - Gameroom - Children's playroom - Steam room The unit comes with free self parking for one car per stay. Please note this space is on the 12th FLOOR and the building has very compact parking lots which can only accommodate regular sized vehicles. Other things to note For the safety of our guests and neighbors, the building requires ID verification and guest registration.
