NEW FOR THE 2025 SEASON, Experience a beautifully remodeled kitchen with elegant new cabinets and quartz countertops. Enjoy modern LPV flooring throughout the first and third levels. Relax in the living room with new furniture and unwind on the screened-in porch, which features fresh new seating. Stay entertained with five new smart TVs and refresh yourself with a convenient outdoor hot and cold shower. When you first pull into the driveway, you're unsure whether to run to the beach, steps away, or explore all three and a half floors of the home. The main floor is comfy with a large HDTV above the fireplace, ocean views while seated or on the decks, a BBQ grill, a screened porch, and a kitchen, which allows the chefs to remain part of the great room conversations. Spiral stairs lead to a loft where kids can call their own, or adults can escape for some secluded time. The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the middle level. The lower level has a large game room with a pool table and a wet bar. Exit the slider to the private pool area with a hot tub, where you may spend most of your time during the week. What could be better than a large, well-appointed home close to the beach and private pool? Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
